This 1-hour session is crafted for fitness trainers, yoga instructors, small business owners, individuals, and health brands who move with intention and want their energy and passion to shine through. You’ll receive 25 thoughtfully edited images plus 2 soulful videos (up to 90 seconds each) that capture your flow, strength, and authentic presence. Perfect for sharing your story across social media, websites, or marketing, this package provides versatile, meaningful content designed to connect deeply with your community — all in a focused, intentional shoot within your studio, gym, or select destination. Designed for an individual (founder) or up to 2 people (co-owners).
Cancellation Policy
Thank you so much for choosing SolRu Content Studio! We can’t wait to capture your moments and make magic happen. To keep things smooth and fun, here’s the scoop on booking with us: Locking in Your Spot: To make it official, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is due at booking. This secures your date and time just for you! The rest of the balance (70%) is due by the day of your session — easy peasy. Showtime & Set-Up: We’ll arrive at least 30 minutes early to set up and get everything ready for your spotlight moment. Please be ready to roll at the agreed time so we can capture all the good vibes! Switching Things Up: Need to reschedule? No problem! Just give us a shout at least 48 hours before your session. We’ll do our best to find a new time that works. Cancel last minute (less than 24 hours ahead), and your deposit will stay with us, but we’ll miss you! Weather or Not: For outdoor shoots, if the weather decides to be a diva, we’ll work with you to pick a better day or find a cozy backup location. If something unexpected comes up on our end, we’ll let you know ASAP and figure out the next best step together. Your Photos, Your Story: Edited images will be ready for you within 10 to 14 days after the shoot — can’t wait for you to see them! We love showing off our work, so we might share your photos in our portfolio or socials — but if you prefer otherwise, just say the word.
