Refund Policy
At SolRu Content Studio, we take pride in delivering a creative and personalized experience for every client. Due to the nature of our services — which involve time, planning, and creative labor — all payments made for sessions, bookings, and digital products are non-refundable.

Session Fees & Retainers
All session fees and retainers are required at the time of booking to secure your date and time. These payments are non-refundable, but may be transferable to a future date under certain conditions (see Rescheduling Policy below).

Rescheduling Policy
We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. We'll do our best to accommodate one rescheduling without additional fees. No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours may result in loss of retainer.

Digital Products & Edited Images
Because of the custom nature of photography and digital delivery, no refunds will be issued once editing has begun or final files have been delivered. If you are unsatisfied with your images, please reach out — we’re committed to working with you to ensure the final result reflects the quality and care of our brand.

Online Purchases
All purchases made through our website (including print orders, digital downloads, and gift cards) are final sale, unless otherwise noted.
